Who would want to be a referee and what’s the point? It’s mostly sorrow and hardly any appreciation. All your effort amounts to nothing. Here is a group of privileged fools and their subservient admirers who will blame you for anything from ineptitude to dishonesty and treat you dreadfully.
The happenings at Real Madrid TV are merely the most recent example of the issue. The platform displayed a video highlighting referee Ricardo de Burgos Bengoetxea's mistakes during the Copa Del Rey final against Barcelona, effectively harassing him with their victim mentality.
It is culturally common for in-house TV channels to enable a club platform to accomplish this. Unilateral venues for discussions about persecution, corruption, inadequacy, inconsistency, and other ‘why does this continually happen to us?’ paranoia that only the emotionally immature fools participate in. They may fully believe it, but it's more probable that it's merely a cynical strategy to gather and retain fans who can’t accept any criticism.
To more logical individuals, this might seem somewhat overstated, yet the club channel has turned into a dependable source of conversation for those prone to believe everyone opposes them. Just glance at 'local newspapers' to witness the excessive flattery that pretends to be analysis in certain areas and you'll understand that the real profit lies not in truth, but in compliance.
De Burgos warned of potential strike action. "We will not permit what is occurring to persist," he stated. However, Madrid remained entrenched in their shameful, petulant, victim mindset, condemning him for ‘proclaiming alleged measures that starkly contradict the values of equality, objectivity, and impartiality that ought to dominate just hours before a football match watched by millions globally’. The statements of complete roasters.
It’s shameful, immature, and the entire football community should condemn the club and its questionable morals. They portray the club as small, trivial, and unpleasant, yet they won't change since this is part of a culture adopted by the major clubs to attract viewers and clicks. It’s prevalent now, the unjustified, childish, foolish Trump-like victim mentality, and there's always an audience for it. There’s likely profit to be made, in some form, by highlighting those slowed-down videos displaying two tackles, one resulting in a red card and the other not, and arguing that their player received a red card due to bias against them.
Envision being the pitiful, withered being who creates those posts, incapable of recognizing that it isn’t bias; at most, it’s a person making errors, probably a subjective judgment, or simply incorrect. When choices are based on personal views, individuals will hold varying perspectives; there are no truths. What does it indicate when you seek truth from the propagandist?
This leads us to the dirty and worn VAR, undoubtedly maintained merely to generate content for the television financiers and to provide another avenue for the misguided zealots. It has encouraged this terrible conduct. Actually providing it with legitimacy. Even more troubling, it has deteriorated the quality of refereeing. Why should it not? Their status and power have been effectively diminished. Now just shells walking, gesturing and aimlessly staring at displays. VAR has introduced an additional layer of paranoia and, naturally, resolves nothing. You either stand with us or oppose us. That is the essential essence.
Obviously, without a referee, there can't be a game. However, that doesn't appear to matter to these individuals, and VAR conveys the impression that referees are completely unnecessary, leading to an increase in disrespect. Additionally, the VAR makes mistakes as well, thereby further ‘validating’ the conspiracy against your team. Hooray! They are continuously opposed to us, every moment. Perhaps there is no joy without suspicion.
I can't comprehend how individuals are foolish enough to fall for any of this. Similar to any conspiracy theorist, the absence of evidence confirms the conspiracy in their eyes, as it has all been hidden, and any real evidence, no matter how weak, serves as even stronger proof. In an unpredictable world, conspiracy provides a ‘guaranteed win’ assurance.
Incorporate the constant repetitions of events that occur in a flash, with all context removed, and you provide the beast with another feast. Clubs’ TV channels should not endorse this anti-referee agenda, yet they are not willing to accept this responsibility. Officials are the adversary.
However, both life and football are not ideal. When errors occur, just brush it off and acknowledge it; honestly, that’s what most of us do outside the major clubs and is the main point against VAR, which continues to falsely claim it can perfect everything. If you're reducing the speed of footage to demonstrate something, frankly, life encompasses more than this. You’ve misplaced your viewpoint. It truly doesn't matter whether it was or wasn't a penalty, just move on. It’s soccer, not battle. Do you wish to give up the former in order to combat the latter?
The accounts of referees in amateur football facing everything from verbal attacks to aggression are numerous, and they are inseparable from the same culture. The paranoia allows the headbreakers to attack officials at every level. Is there a growing tendency to resist those in positions of authority? If that’s the case, it would be ironic for it to happen at a moment when so much regarding football is imposed on them and their allegiance to clubs is taken advantage of by all.
‘Forget that, check out this clip – obviously a trip but he didn’t call it!’ ‘He never provides us with anything.’ Indeed, priorities, huh. Why are these individuals unable to understand the humanity of the official? He was brought to tears in Spain. Do they not feel concerned? It appears not to be the case. This mindset belittles everyone and undermines the game itself, and it’s worsening.
Where does it conclude? If you choose not to trust the authorities, the game is finished. It is just not feasible to believe that certain officials will show discrimination towards you. Indeed, referees appear less capable of perceiving the game as they did before VAR, but being poor at their job isn't the same as being biased. The PGMOL won't acknowledge it, but they are the cause of the skepticism towards referees. They have completely weakened their referees. The VAR pledges were either a deception or foolishness.
Referees nearly always make correct decisions, and they've consistently done so. If you supported VAR, the actual consequences of your choice have contributed to this culture. Continue doing this, and before long, you will have no game left.
UEFA should impose penalties on Real Madrid for compromising the integrity of the sport. Ultimately, they are swift to sanction managers who speak out against referees for tarnishing the game's reputation, and that's precisely what Madrid has undeniably done. It should be noted whenever someone is bragging about the appeal of the club. They are merely a shame, possessing values inferior to that of a snake’s belly.
Sure, it's wonderful if you wish to be part of a sad club that supports and maintains one of the most harmful cultures in contemporary football, but it's awful if you hold any standards.
