Renato Veiga, a defender for Chelsea, has signed a loan deal with Juventus for the rest of 2024–2025. After just one season with Swiss powerhouse Basel, the 21-year-old signed a seven-year contract and went to Stamford Bridge in July of last year.  Veiga has made 18 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions, most of which have been in the Conference League. However, Marc Cucurella's play has made it difficult for Veiga to get regular playing time in the Premier League. The Portugal international was Enzo Maresca's backup left-back, but he was permitted to transfer to Turin to sign a loan deal with Juventus.
