Reports indicate that Liverpool will allow Arne Slot to have the ‘final say’ as Real Madrid looks to exchange Rodrygo for Alexis Mac Allister this summer.  The Reds clinched the Premier League title on Sunday with four games remaining after defeating Tottenham 5-1 in a dominant performance at Anfield.  Liverpool lead their closest competitors, Arsenal, by 15 points – with the Gunners likely to end up as runners-up for the third consecutive season – and now the Reds can focus on their summer objectives.  Slot’s squad received a significant uplift recently when Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk inked new two-year deals after speculation they might depart on free transfers in the summer.  A player who is highly expected to depart is Trent Alexander-Arnold, with numerous reports suggesting he will move to Real Madrid when his contract ends in late June.  Reports from Spain suggest that Real Madrid may be poised to sign another Liverpool star, as Defensa Central stat...

Chelsea is interested in the Bundesliga pair and Alejandro Garnacho of Manchester United.

According to sources, Chelsea is interested in Mathys Tel of Bayern Munich, Jamie Gittens of Borussia Dortmund, and Alejandro Garnacho of Manchester United.

The fact that no United player was considered untouchable prior to a squad overhaul under Ruben Amorim has cast doubt on 20-year-old Garnacho's future at Old Trafford.

Garnacho has drawn the greatest interest from Napoli, who hope to use the Argentine to replace the departing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. However, United turned down their first bid. Garnacho is not being actively pursued by the Red Devils, and they most definitely won't do so for the £40 million that was proposed.

According to The Telegraph, United is prepared to negotiate for Garnacho, who played the entire ninety minutes of Thursday's 3-1 comeback victory over Southampton, and will not accept a low-ball offer from any interested party or entertain trades involving players they don't truly want.

In addition to Garnacho, Chelsea is reportedly keeping an eye on young Bayern Munich attacker Tel, who is up against fierce competition for a starting position in Bavaria, and Borussia Dortmund winger Gittens, who is having a fantastic individual season despite the Bundesliga powerhouses' difficulties.

Chelsea is also interested in Gittens' Dortmund teammate Karim Adeyemi, although he is considered a last-minute loan alternative in case other deals fall through.

Gittens, 20, is another player who left Manchester City's academy at the age of 15 to pursue his football education in Germany. He has scored 11 goals for Dortmund across all competitions, including seven in the Bundesliga. Tel scored ten goals in the 2023–2024 season, but he hasn't scored for Bayern this year.

It's unclear how Garnacho would feel about leaving Old Trafford, and his temperament may deter Chelsea and Napoli from making a high-profile move. The tricky inside forward was previously left out of United's squad for the Manchester derby due to concerns about his training performances.

Garnacho's connection with United's supporters appears to have suffered as a result of accusations on social media that he leaked the teamsheet before games. He is still a vital member of United's squad in spite of those off-field problems, and the trip to Manchester City was the first Premier League match he has missed this year.
