Chelsea offers the opportunity to profit from a summer deal made by a Premier League competitor.

Tosin Adarabioyo, a center-back for Chelsea, has reportedly drawn interest from Brighton & Hove Albion.

When Tosin's Fulham contract ended in the summer, Chelsea signed him on a free transfer. However, the 27-year-old has fallen below academy product Josh Acheampong in the hierarchy in recent weeks and has been unable to maintain a spot in Enzo Maresca's starting eleven.

Brighton has made an approach to Tosin, who has only made seven Premier League starts this season. According to The Mail, there is a lot of interest in tempting the center-back away from Stamford Bridge this month. It is unclear if Chelsea will consider Tosin leaving with them. 

Wesley Fofana and Benoit Badiashile's injuries have forced him to start most of the time, but Chelsea still has a strong back line despite the French pair's health issues.

In recent weeks, 18-year-old Acheampong has partnered permanent starter Levi Colwill in the center of defense. While Trevoh Chalobah and Aaron Anselmino have been called back from their respective loans with Crystal Palace and Boca Juniors, Tosin has filled in as cover for Axel Disasi.

According to sources, Chelsea is eager to let go of Disasi, but the Blues might be persuaded by the opportunity to turn a quick profit on Tosin, who was signed for nothing seven months ago.
