Man Utd Legend Denis Law passes away at age 84.

Denis Law, a legend of Manchester United, passed away at the age of 84, according to his family.

In December 2021, Law revealed that he was suffering from dementia. He has two sculptures at Old Trafford dedicated to him, including the United Trinity statue, which also features Sir Bobby Charlton and George Best.

We regret to inform you of the untimely death of our father, Denis Law. After a difficult struggle, he is now at rest, according to a family statement. "We want to express our gratitude to everyone who has helped with his care and well-being, both recently and in the past.

We are aware of how much love and support he received from others, and that love always made a difference. 

Law scored 237 goals in 404 games during his 11 years at Old Trafford. He also earned 30 goals while playing for Scotland, when he was capped 55 times.

With two First Division titles, the European Cup and FA Cup, and the prized Ballon d'Or medal in 1964, he was instrumental in United's comeback after the Munich Air Disaster in 1958. 

The Red Devils released a statement saying, "Everyone at Manchester United is mourning the loss of Denis Law, the King of the Stretford End, who has passed away, aged 84." "As one of the club's best and most adored players, he will always be honored.

"He was a generation's hero because of his skill, passion, and love for the game. He was the ultimate goal scorer. We send our sincerest sympathies to Denis's family and numerous friends. His legacy will endure forever.
